How do I get to Screen Door?
We are located at 115 Fairview Road, just up the hill from Biltmore Village. Please visit the "Map and Directions" link to get directions from your current location.

Is ScreenDoor open year round?
Yes. We are open seven days a week year round, with the exception of the following: New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and times of extreme weather conditions.
Our hours vary from winter to summer months as follows:
Summer Hours (beginning with Daylight Savings Time)
Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 1pm to 6pm
Winter Hours
Monday through Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 1pm to 5pm

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks (with identification), American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Where do I park?
We have a very large paved parking lot - there is plenty of free parking available.

What kind of items does Screen Door sell?
ScreenDoor carries a wide variety of furniture and home decor items. The stock changes daily, so there are always new items available. For an idea of the type of things you will find at ScreenDoor, please visit the "Gallery" link.

Do you deliver?
No. However, our staff will be happy to provide recommendations for delivery service.

Can I purchase things and pick them up later?
ScreenDoor has limited storage space for sold items. We will do our best to accomodate your request.

Is there someone available to load my items?
Our staff is available to help you load smaller items. For larger items, please bring someone to help you load or we can provide contact information for local moving companies.
